GENERAL INFORMATION

Hours of Operation
Dunnwell & Quickly standard business hours are 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m., Monday through Friday.  Assignments may be undertaken beyond regular business hours. However, additional fees may apply for assignments at unsocial hours.

Holidays
Holidays observed by Dunnwell & Quickly are:  New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence  Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve

Rates
The Dunnwell & Quickly Standard Hourly Rate is $25.00 per hour.  A minimum of one hour of service is required.  Additional time will be billed to the nearest quarter hour.  

PC installation includes set up and connection of CPU, Monitor,  Keyboard, Mouse and one (1) peripheral.  Desk top will set up with an icon for major factory installed programs.  Fee: $75.00

Assignments
Please note: Dunnwell & Quickly requests a minimum 24 hour advance notice for services.  However, we will accommodate a last minute request if possible.  While Dunnwell & Quickly is committed to providing the best customer service possible,  we address each and all requests on a first come, first served, basis.  Emergency and On-Call services are not included within Dunnwell & Quickly monthly retainers.

Additional Charges
Use of automobile: exceeding 2 miles, will be billed at $.485 per mile. Any authorized, additional costs incurred on your behalf, will be charged separately.

Payment
Payment for all services and related charges is due upon completion by cash or check payable to Dunnwell & Quickly.  A fee may be assessed for returned checks.  Accounts past due 14 days or more will incur a late fee.

All charges incurred for the purchase of goods or services authorized and/or requested by the client will be due and payable upon the completion of that service.

Dunnwell and Quickly reserves certain specific rights, terms and conditions, at it's sole discretion, concerning it's services, client relationships and the use of this website.  Dunnwell & Quickly assumes no liability what-so-ever for the loss of business, income, materials arising from its actions or services on behalf of, or at the direction of, any client, his or her agents, employees or any person retained to provide assistance, work, or information.  Dunnwell & Quickly does not provide legal or accounting advice or consul.

All matters concerning Dunnwell & Quickly, it's services, consequences of it's services, and actions of it's personnel are governed by the laws of the United States of America, in the State of California in the County of Riverside.
